  • Important Tips of Build Muscles

    Hi in this article you will find some important tips of build muscles exercise. I have been writing such posts for over than 10 years. I have trained thousands of people who wished to build muscles and I changed their wish to reality. I often receive thousands of email in which people especially our youth encourages on writing more and more articles about build muscles exercises. You can find my series of articles of build muscles in various websites and even in my other website of build muscles.

    Let us discuss some of the important tips. Always do three to four exercise of different types for same part of the muscle or same muscle group? For example if you are doing exercise of triceps then you should use almost four kind of exercise of the same muscle group. If you do 3 sets of each exercise and in each set you use 12 reps then for the same muscle group you will do 144 repetitions and it will be helpful in your build muscles dream. You can also find my unique article about build muscles . If you go more than 3 sets or twelve reps in one set then you are doing nothing except tiring yourself. IF you cannot do 12 reps in one set then you can do less number of reps in each set and can do greater number of sets. This is also in build muscles exercises. You can also get same benefit by doing less number of reps, same number of sets but greater number of types of exercises. For example at first if you are doing 4 types of exercise for build muscles now you can use 6 types of exercise of build muscles. Now you can use less number of sets and less number of reps in each set.
